But there’s a lot happening behind the scenes before any of these products are ready.
Recently, our team got together to take a new set of workplace photos for our website. We didn’t hire a professional photographer or rent a studio. Instead, we decided to capture our everyday work environment as it really is.
The photos show our designers discussing product details, product managers checking samples, and our sales team communicating with customers. They also capture the small moments that make up a normal working day — sharing ideas, working through problems, and helping colleagues when needed.
Nothing about these scenes needed much staging. They’re simply part of how we work.
After seeing the pictures, some people commented that they looked professional. We were happy to hear that, but what we like most is that they show our team as we are.
Good lighting and composition certainly help, but the people in the photos are what matter most to us. Each person plays a different role, yet we all contribute to the same goal: making sure our customers receive products and service they can rely on.
That’s the part of our company we wanted these photos to show.
